History

GAMARRA, CPA was established by Will E. Gamarra, a certified public accountant (CPA) and former Sr. Consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton. His experience is grounded on 13 years of tax experience and has previously worked for Mehler & Gruen, CPA and International Law Offices as a Sr. Tax Consultant. In addition, Mr. Gamarra has over nine years of professional experience in providing solutions in portfolio & financial management, strategic planning & management, corporate governance, business process reengineering, and  system analysis to numerous clients including the Army’s Program Executive Office (PEO), Department of Finance and Accounting Systems (DFAS), Business Management Modernization Program (BMMP), Computer Network Defense (CND), Joint Staff (JS), and Office of the Under Secretary of Defense/Networks Information and Integration (OSD/NII).  

His educational background consists of a B.S. in Accounting and Decision Sciences and Management of Information Systems from George Mason's University and he is currently enrolled in a master's program in Management of Information Technology at John Hopkin’s University. Mr. Gamarra is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and subscribes to the Tax Strategy, Tax Advisor, and the Journal of Accountancy. His personal hobbies include hiking, biking, tennis, and motorcycles.
